Friendly, Engaging, Approachable, flexible, Adaptable. I went travelling to South America after completing my studies. This was crucial to my development as a teacher. It enabled me to become more open minded, appreciate different cultures and exposed me to people from different backgrounds. I believe that as a result of these experiences it will enable me to have a greater empathy and understanding of the pupils and their parents individual needs. I also gained a greater interest in the environment. In particular I learnt more about environmental exploitation and changes. I feel this will be very beneficial when teaching Science, Geography and RE.

I have completed MSc in International Marketing Management and have passion to teach business subjects. I have taught business-related modules offered from various awarding bodies such as Edexcel, Association of Business Executives (ABE) and OTHM. I have taught both class rooms and have conducted one-to-one sessions. I have taught business studies at GCSE, A-Level, Level 4, Level 5, degree and post-graduate level. I am also the marker for students' examination transcripts for ABMA Business Management Qualifications at Level 4, Level 5 and Level 6. I have created assignment instruments (assignment questions) developing scenarios contextualizing the learning outcomes of business and management modules. I have also guided and advised the learners in relation to their completion of the course works/assignments for various business and management related modules. I develop CVs and cover letters for individuals looking for work. While teaching in a college, I have also provided career advisory services to the students and guided them to create CVs, cover letters and personal statements. I believe in developing connection with the students and sharing ideas. While focussing on the curriculum, I encourage discussion to encourage the students to think and explore further. I help my students through-out their academic journey and encourage them to maximise their potential.

I’m an enthusiastic and passionate teacher who feels everyone should have the opportunity to learn. Understanding that I was a visual learner when exploring my teaching style and developing my subject knowledge I soon realised many students struggled to understand the complexity of the subject. Not only do I help students work towards their exams but I help them develop learning techniques to help them revise and expand their skill set.
